What happens after my 2-day demo expires?
After your 2-day demo expires, you can choose Basic, Standard, or Enterprise based on the features you need. The demo includes all features so you can evaluate the full BusyNotify platform.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are monthly and yearly prices calculated the same way?
No. Monthly billing and yearly billing are priced separately. For example, Basic is ₹4,200/year if paid annually, or ₹1,000/month if paid monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoice-based payments with NET 30 terms.
Is there a limit on team members?
Plan limits are based mainly on enabled BusyNotify modules and API/integration access. Contact us if you need a specific user or branch access policy.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What counts as a notification?
A notification is a WhatsApp, SMS, email, Telegram, or app message sent by a BusyNotify module such as payment reminders, wishes, due follow-up, chatbot replies, or report delivery.
